Well, well, well….
Somehow I get the feeling that this will be my most popular blog to date but I want to share with you some facts on sex as an exercise. Many of you have heard in passing that sexercise exists and counts as a form of working out. (that is for damn certain)
I just want to give you a few tips on why this may be better than a taebo tape any day! 
First of all in doing some research I have found that if men have sex for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week then this will cut in half the risk of heart attacks ..(although you may piss off that woman you are providing 20 minutes of sex to but that’s another issue which I will speak about at the end of this blog). Sex will also increase agility, muscle tone and blood flow to the genitals. Your ability to strengthen muscles will help with sexual positions. Well alrighty then! LOL
Women that have sex more than 3 times a week have the benefits of agility as well as increased blood flow that makes it easier to get aroused. Women have basically the same benefits as men in terms of muscle strengthening and lessens the risk of heart attacks. When men and women finish working out at the gym or doing other exercises and after getting sweaty sexercise will bring on a calm and increases endorphins which makes people happy. How’bout it for those endorphins huh? 
So now getting back to what I mentioned earlier with regards to men having sex for less than 20 minutes. Men should consult their physician if they have high blood pressure and diabetes. This will contribute to erectile dysfunction so a low fat diet will lend to not only lost weight but clear arteries. This week’s blog on sex is catered more towards the notion that this is a great method of exercise and should be tried and tested all the time especially for those that can’t fit in a quality workout during the work week. I will admonish you this will NOT help you to lose weight. This is an alternative or an addition to existing physical activity. In layman’s terms…..can’t none of yall say that Tiffany said if I have enough sex then I’ll lose weight! ha,ha,ha.
