Howdy folk,
Well today is day three. Day three you wonder? Glad you asked. Of course this blog is to record my weight loss efforts, to promote good health and eating habits and encourage people to embrace about the concept of improving their lives from a physically healthier perspective. So now having said that let’s move forward.
In this journey I have not quite lost 40 pounds but I’m still stuck between the 32 and 36. I am going to Miami by myself for my birthday as a treat to myself not just for my birthday (umm, October 3rd folks) but a treat to myself with the weight I lost. (Sidebar: for those of you that tend to invite yourselves on my trips — please resist the temptation! Thank you J). But I would like to drop another 10 -15 by them. SOOOOOOOO I am removing all carbohydrates. You all have heard about the South Beach diet, Atkins and all those other diets out there right? I have decided to drop all bread (white or wheat), rice, pasta, sweets, and potatoes. Now with the Weight Watchers I can eat all of the previously mentioned foods, however, I want to take it to another level. So like I said, today is day three.
How am I feeling? Good. I’m going to keep this up until October 2nd (the day I hop the plane). So in the next coming weeks I’ll inform you of how I’m feeling and if this is really healthy. AND of course I’ll let you know if I’ve lost the weight. Till next week folks. Happy living. Smooches
