Okay, so I know I’m about 28 days too late to wish you all a Happy New Year but I just wanted to check in on you. How are those resolutions coming? You know… the one where you’re going to lose weight, exercise and feel great? 
Well don’t feel too bad if you haven’t started yet. The year is only 28 days old and it’s DEFINITELY not too late to start those fitness goals. This year I’ve decided to lift weights more. Perhaps I have not reached my goals because last year I spent more time doing cardio versus cardio and weight training. So I hired a trainer and I decided to keep him throughout the year (umm, when I can afford that
) and continue cardio and weight lifting.
Did you know that lifting weights and weight training will help you to burn fat even when you are doing my favorite activity (sleeping)? Who’da thunk it right? I didn’t know that. So for those of you who have already started the weight loss plan, ask a fitness expert and see how many pounds you should lift and how often during the week. The year is not over yet so get started.
