My birth “week”

Folks,

This is going to be quick and short this week. On Wednesday, October 3rd I celebrated my 36th birthday. I didn’t eat a lot of junk but I bet I drank the STANK off of any and all liquors (not the good kind either). I really hope I didn’t gain any weight this week as I am still celebrating.

I had some Brazilian food on my birthday, then on October 4th I had 5 double White Castle cheeseburgers and mozzerella sticks. I am going to Philadelphia on Saturday and you know I have to get not one but TWO cheesesteaks. YUM! PLUS I haven’t been to the gym but one time this week. OH HOW I FEEL LIKE A FAILURE!!! ha,ha,ha,ha

No I don’t! :-)  There are going to be some days when you don’t work out. There will be days when you think about eating a whole cake vs. a whole head of lettuce. Point being, is that whether you celebrate your birthday for that day ( or if you’re like me — a whole week), you won’t do that all the time. And each day is a new start. So indulge and get back on your routine the next day. Just like life is — taking one day at a time. Until next time! Smooches
